Public presentation (February 2) in Mexico City of the pilot developed by BiofreshTech with the local company Refrigeración STARR under the TechEmerge program of the IFC (International Finance Corporation – World Bank Group). BiofreshTech technology was presented in a refrigerator with an autonomy of over 72 hours, which will be transferred, as the next step of the pilot, to the company 7eleven to be installed in one of its stores for evaluation in terms of thermal stability, autonomy and energy savings. Representatives of different institutions such as the UK Embassy in Mexico (the UK is the main donor of the TechEmerge programs), IFC-World Bank, AMENEER (Mexican Association of Energy Efficiency Companies), as well as multiple companies: Frost-trol, 7eleven, CarbonTrust, Inveniam, Avanzor, Digital Confluence, Veolus, Enagas, Ecocjoice, Virenti, in addition to the hosts STARR Refrigeration and BiofreshTech attended the event.
